Shoshana Spiro, PA-C, is excited to return to her hometown in Northern Virginia and join the expert team at Radiation Oncology Associates.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, where she earned her bachelors in Neurobiology/Cognitive Science with honors. Before pursuing her advanced training she worked in the DMV area for several years, gaining valuable experience in medical dermatology and emergency medicine.

Shoshana went on to receive her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2018 from Emory University School of Medicine, one of the top PA programs in the nation. During her time at Emory, she demonstrated her commitment to underserved communities by volunteering at migrant farmworker clinics in Southern Georgia and multiple free clinics within Atlanta.

She brings with her five years of oncology experience from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR, where she worked alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cancer care. Her passion lies in making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients by alleviating symptoms and helping them navigate their treatment journey with greater ease and comfort. She is excited to bring her skills and dedication to the patients of ROA.

Outside of work, Shoshana loves exploring nature with her husband and their goldendoodle. She is passionate about gardening, nurturing tropical plants indoors, and growing fruits and vegetables in her outdoor garden. Shoshana also finds relaxation and creative fulfillment through pottery and dance.
